1st International Symposium on Agricultural Development and Cooperation was held in Room 200 YoungSang Bio-Guan, Kangwon National University November 16.
12 students from 5 universities(Hankyoung National University, Kangwon National University, Konkuk University, Kyungpook National University, Yonsei University) participated and presented their theses.
Morrison Tay(Kangwon National University)won the grand prize for his thesis on the "Modelling feed Mix for Broiler Chicken Production Using Non-Conventional Feed Resource (Grilicidia sepuim leaf meals): A Case Study in Ohawu and Its Environs-Ghana". and Prize for Excellence was awarded to Suliman Safi(Hankyoung National University, "Impact of climate change on flood probability and proposed dams of Kunar River Basin, Afghanistan"), Research Output Prize was awarded to Pham Thi Phuong Loan(Konkuk University, "Measuring the efficiency in Vietnam’s agricultural production and experiences from Korea to increase value in agriculture").
